What is your cancellation policy?+
You may cancel a reservation at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days are billed for the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas on our Best Available Rate can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advised.
Can you host private events?+
Yes. Two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, a beach pavilion, and a rotunda are available for private hire, seating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special focus of ours; our events director prepares a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
The main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 each day. Private salons for high-stakes play may open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private sessions are not uncommon on weekends. Membership cards are not needed for table play; chips may be bought and cashed at the cage whenever we are open.
Is there a dress code?+
Smart casual is expected after sunset in our restaurants and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Beachwear is fine at the pools and lagoon bars during the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
A coastal retreat, 33 years in the shaping.
Crystalpalmview opened in 1993 as one villa on a sheltered bay, and expanded only when we knew we could grow without losing what made the place worth the trip. 33 years on, we hold 180 rooms and suites, two kitchens and two gaming rooms, and we still decline more bookings than we accept.
Luxury, for us, is not marble and gilt. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table kept an hour after closing because conversation was still going. We hire for that instinct and we retain the people who show it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire plan. We would rather 70 percent of a smaller circle come back each year than pursue a larger one that never does.
